speakinghumans.com is a professional learning marketplace. All users, including teachers and students, must behave respectfully, honestly, and lawfully when using the platform.

1. Expected Behavior

  • Act professionally and respectfully toward other users.
  • Provide accurate identity, profile, and service information.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate language tutoring activities.
  • Respect privacy, intellectual property, and payment rules.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive conduct.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory behavior, or threats.
  • Explicit, sexual, harmful, or illegal content.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive conduct.
  • Suspicious links or off-platform payment solicitation.
  • Misuse of personal data or privacy breaches.
  • Intellectual property infringement or unauthorized materials.
  • Political or religious campaigning or disruptive discussions.
  • Spam, scams, or any misuse of the platform.

3. Teacher Responsibilities

  • Teacher profiles, images, videos, and service descriptions must remain compliant with this Code of Conduct.
  • Teachers may not solicit students to pay outside the platform.
  • Teachers may not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or services.
  • Teachers may not use the platform for unrelated or prohibited activities.

4. Student Responsibilities

  • Students must interact respectfully with teachers and other users.
  • Students may not harass, threaten, or abuse teachers.
  • Students may not submit false, malicious, or fraudulent reports.
  • Students may not misuse personal data or payment processes.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report suspected violations to speakinghumans.com through platform reporting tools. We review reports manually and may take enforcement action where appropriate.
